If you require a letter of invitation for your visa application, please complete the form below after purchasing your place at the Forum.
Until February 14, any cancellation due to failure to obtain a visa will be refunded minus the ticket issuance fee. After this date, to mitigate the unfortunate possibility that the visa will not be granted, consider purchasing cancellation insurance from our ticketing partner.
